Old hotel with very thin walls. The hotel decided to give the connecting room to a group of teenagers who smoked cigarettes and weed and played loud music until 3 in the morning. Because both rooms shared a door; We could hear and smell everything. The hotel staff leaves at 11pm so we had to call the general office 3 times and almost beg for someone to come and take care of the situation. The noise did not stop until after 3 in the morning. The hotel team was completely unapologetic and did not even apologize or acknowledge the situation they put us through by giving a connecting room to strangers. In addition to this incident; The hotel is quite old and run down. While there is an elevator, you still needs to take a flight of stairs to get to the room, which is very inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage. Good for a short stay, but wouldn't recommend for more than 2 nights.
Congratulations to the management of this hotel, who also operate a hostel next door, on the selection and training of their front of house staff. Lovely young women who couldn't have been more hospitable or kind.
Modest-sized room with a large bath. For the price it’s a good deal. The bed was a bit springy but comfortable enough for a pilgrim. The host I met when I arrived was excellent and let me speak some Spanish with her. She even gave me directions and mass times for the nearby church. Great service!
Hotel was undergoing a renovation. It's an old building and I am not sure the cosmetic changes will cover the slightly tired atmosphere. But the room was warm, the beds comfortable and the hotel quiet. And for the price it was good with a good breakfast.

Nicely presented with a good entrance/reception run by great staff.
Although it has a lift, still a set of stairs to every floor. Bit odd.
Room is basic but ok and also the toilet.
The buffet breakfast is worth it, it has it all at very good price.
Overall is a value hotel that unfortunately hasn't got air con in the rooms but just a small fan.
They isn't night reception staff either.
The location is good and close to everything, being the old part just a 10 minutes walk from it.
Recommend it.

Booked the room to rest from the camino for one night. It was a mistake to book here.
The service is bad, the reception people acting like jerks, and the rooms are half broken.
The breakfast is ok for the price
This hotel suited our needs perfectly. The room was very small, clean & basic so would not suit someone looking for luxury but if you’re looking for a basic budget option this is a good choice. Public underground parking is right beside the hotel & costs €12 for 24 hours. ||
